SkyFit Oakland is a state-of-the-art strength and conditioning program that will fundamentally change your body and the way you think about your health and fitness. We take the best elements of the many competitive athletic disciplines and intelligently combine and scale them, yielding a foundation through which anyone can become exceptionally fit.
